State Update – New Hampshire and Rhode Island – Reed Black spoke with Land Line Magazine State Legislative Editor Keith Goble. In New Hampshire, a new law is intended to help protect funding for transportation work throughout the state. And a new law in Rhode Island restricts large trucks from two bridges in the state.
