Terry Scruton reported this week on an oil speculation hearing in the Senate, an investigation in the TWIC card in the U.S. House and the price of diesel fuel.
Mark Reddig spoke with U.S. Representative John Peterson about I-80 tolling and energy legislation. He also reported on the federal bailout’s effect on the next highway bill, Democrats allowing the off-shore drilling ban to expire, the fuel surcharge provision in the Defense Authorization Bill, a possible continuing resolution and the most recent meeting of the CVSA.
Our theme music is performed by Webb Wilder and his band out of Nashville, Tennessee.
