Anti-hijacking technology The US Department of Homeland Security would like to know how to stop an 18-wheeler if it was hijacked by a terrorist. At a recent meeting in Washington DC federal officials questioned people in the trucking industry—including an OOIDA representative—about what technologies are available to stop a truck.
