One of the unique things about the Truckers for Troops effort is that each of the packages is sent to one soldier, but with enough in the way of supplies to share with everyone in his or her unit.
We received this thank-you note from a soldier, noting that he paid it forward.
Dear OOIDA,
I wanted to thank you for the care package that you sent to me.
I am a Supply Sergeant that is based out of FOB Kalsu, but I have part of my unit in three different places.
I took the care package that you sent me and split it up between the three locations and sent it to them. The soldiers really appreciated it.
