New Jersey bill would allow Turnpike Authority to look into ways of generating revenue

Reed Black discussed state legislation with Land Line Magazine’s Keith Goble. New laws in California address traffic violations and proof of insurance by an electronic device.  Lawmakers in New Jersey are deciding if the Turnpike Authority can research ways of generating revenue without raising taxes.  They are also deciding on two additional bills in the Assembly Transportation Committee.
