Reed Black reported that Canadian officials are reminding US truckers that, beginning this fall, carriers will be required to submit an electronic manifest before being allowed to cross the border. The deadline is November 1st. The manifests can be submitted on-line and include information on the trucking company, the consignee, the cargo and gross weight. For more information, click here.
