Truckers need to tell the FMCSA about harassment and EOBRs

During today’s Listener Comment Line, Mark Reddig talked about ways you can tell the FMCSA about how EOBRs can be used to harass truckers. 

  • First, you can submit comments through the Federal Docket Management System. The website is http://www.regulations.gov/ .  Your electronic submittal must reference Docket ID number FMCSA-2010-0167;
  • You can learn more about how to submit electronic comments through OOIDA’s online guide. click here; 
  • You can also send comments – again, which must include docket ID number FMCSA-2010-0167 – via mail to:
