Arkansas Emission Reduction Grants Available
Truckers who do at least 50% of their driving in Arkansas (whether they’re residents or not) may be eligible for emission reduction grants that cover up to 85% of the cost of an APU or retrofit.
A total of $1.5 million in grants will be awarded. The state is currently holding workshops that explain the grant process and applications are due no later than August 31st. For more information, click here. Air date: July 16, 2009.
