Rally against Trans-Texas – Mike Joyce and Melissa Theriault of OOIDA’s Washington, DC, office talked about a rally sponsored by TURF - Texans Uniting for Reform and Freedom. The group s organizing a march down Congress Avenue and rally on the South Capitol steps Saturday, April 5. In an effort to boost funding for roads and bridges in Idaho, a bill would implement a new mileage fee on large trucks. And in Wyoming, a bill has died that sought to increase the state’s fuel tax by a dime per gallon during the next three years.
