Missouri trucker receives OOIDA Safe Driving Award
Randall W. Strachan of Palmyra, Mo has been recognized by the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association for 29 years of safe, accident-free driving as part of The OOIDA Safe Driving Award Program.
