The Run for the Wall passes by OOIDA HQ

TOP PHOTO: A group of OOIDA staff gathers in front of the association's headquarters building well before the Run for the Wall arrives, making sure they'll be there when the bikers pass through. The Run for the Wall is an annual event, in which bikers - mostly veterans, but also supporters - make the trip from California all the way to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC, arriving on Memorial Day.

BOTTOM PHOTO: OOIDA Life Member "Krazy Karl" Haartz, left, talks with Land Line Now news anchor Reed Black, center, and host Mark Reddig, right. Karl stopped in to talk with OOIDA staffers as his fellow bikers continued to pass by. He said that he had passed by the headquarters while taking part in the Run three times, and thought it was time to stop in and say hello, and thanks.
