In Louisiana, a bill would ban large trucks from driving in the far left lane on certain roadways, while in Illinois, the state’s House has approved a bill to expand the use of red light cameras.

Fuel Surcharge Legislation – During today’s newscast, Reed Black mentioned legislation OOIDA hopes to get introduced in Congress that would include a mandatory pass through of fuel surcharges and mandatory disclosure of all fuel surcharge information by brokers, carriers and anyone else involved in the transaction.
